More About Me

A native Seattleite, Virginia began her real estate career at Windermere Real Estate in 1990. By age 24, she was a licensed broker, and just before her 34th birthday she opened her own firm—Aspen Grove Real Estate—in Ketchum, Idaho. Today, she is licensed in three states (WA, ID, and CA). Virginia built her career in high-end residential sales and condominium projects, later expanding into new construction and conversion developments.

In 2004, at the height of the real estate market, Virginia moved to Sun Valley to work with resort developers and investors from major gateway cities on hotel, land, condominium, and private residential club acquisitions. In addition to managing development projects, she collaborated with municipalities to update building codes, led feasibility studies and marketing strategies, and served as the on-the-ground advisor for out-of-state developers. During this time she also built and operated the e-commerce division for The Sun Valley Company.

After the 2009 housing and financial crisis, Virginia returned to Seattle to broaden her creative skill set at The Art Institute of Seattle, studying graphic design while exploring her long-standing interests in staging, interior design, antiques, floral design, and art brokerage.

In 2012, she moved to the Bay Area and joined Sotheby’s International Realty in St. Helena (Napa Valley), where she sold luxury real estate and produced event and marketing reports for wineries.

In 2015, Virginia rejoined Windermere Real Estate in Seattle, where she works across both residential and commercial sectors. She combines her real estate background with a strong design sensibility and emerging technology, embracing AI tools to enhance marketing strategy, elevate visual storytelling, optimize listing performance, and streamline digital communication. In addition to interior design consulting, she enjoys applying her experience to nonprofit work. Most recently, she created the e-commerce division for St. Vincent de Paul, transforming valuable donated goods into a sustainable revenue source for the organization.
